Every fortnight, women (and some children) from LCPC meet together for prayer, fellowship and lunch. Normally the meetings take place in each others homes, but things were done a little differently during the recent Half Term school break…
A trip to the Museum of London was organised, where the kids particularly enjoyed the exhibit about the Great Fire of London, and the Victorian Walk which recreates how an old high street would have looked.
It was a beautiful day, so after an hour or so indoors everyone headed to nearby Fortune Street Park for a picnic lunch in the sun. The kids enjoyed playing (and the women enjoyed chatting more over coffee!)
