After a break over the summer, our Twenties and Thirties group met in September at Gabriel and Sodreia’s flat in Mile End. Gabriel gave a talk on “9 – 5 Evangelism” with practical tips and guidelines on how we can witness to work colleagues, fellow students, and others meet on a daily basis. After his talk, several of us shared personal experiences of the challenges we’ve faced in this area, as well as exciting opportunities we’ve had to share our faith with the people around us.
We happened to be meeting on Isabel’s birthday, so in addition to the delicious meal that Sodreia had prepared for us all, there was birthday cake (and several other desserts) for us to enjoy!
