During the February half term, some of those who regularly attend our fortnightly Ladies Fellowship meetings (plus some who can’t normally attend) went on a child friendly outing to Coram’s Fields.
With play areas, football pitches, a small farm and a cafe there was something for everyone – and it was a glorious day so we were able to make the most of it. After the children had spent all morning running around, climbing, playing in sandpits and enjoying the swings, we all had a picnic lunch in the sunshine. By then it was time for some of the younger children to head home for their naps, so after a quick visit to see the rabbits, chickens and goats – and one final group photo! – everyone went their separate ways.
Our Ladies Fellowship group meets every 2nd Tuesday in various homes across London and we enjoy chatting, praying and having lunch together. It’s for women of all ages – and young children (boys or girls!) are also welcome.
