On Sunday 22nd October, the congregation were delighted to witness the baptism of little baby Boaz. The son of one of our elders, Gabriel, and his wife Sodreia – Boaz is also the little brother of Leah! Most of Gabriel and Sodreia’s immediate family live in Brazil so it was a joy to have Sodreia’s mother (pictured above) with us for the occasion. Gabriel’s uncle and aunt (pictured below) from Portugal were also able to be present, along with several other friends and colleagues who live more locally.
Please pray for Gabriel and Sodreia as they seek to raise their two young children in the ways of the Lord, and that all of us at London City Presbyterian Church would be able to support them.
