Namibian Meat Feast

On Friday night some of the LCPC men travelled to Loughton for a barbecue at Martin’s house. It was a fantastic evening with an extensive menu featuring deboned leg of venison, roasted pheasant, boerewors, lamb tjops, biltong, droe wors, marinated pork ribs, hunters rack of ribs, and peppermint crisp tart for dessert!

No one left Loughton hungry, and it was obvious to all that Namibian style barbecues are the way ahead! A huge thank you to Martin for organising the evening and hosting everyone.
