On Sunday 31st March, the congregation at London City Presbyterian Church gained a new elder and two new deacons.
Our Assistant Pastor, Rev Harrison Perkins, was inducted to the Kirk Session as an elder. Harrison (originally from the USA) has been working with us since October when he and his wife, Sarah, moved to London after studying and working in Northern Ireland.
Calum Campbell and Jack Shannon were ordained as deacons. Calum (originally from Scotland) lives in Surrey and works in London. He and his wife, Jan, have faithfully served LCPC for a number of years. Jack (originally from the USA) is completing a PHD at London School of Economics, and regularly leads our congregational praise on the piano. Jack is involved in organising our Twenties & Thirties programme, and is engaged to be married to Letitia later this year.
Please pray for our new – and existing – office bearers as they seek to serve the Lord and lead the congregation wisely.
